The WTA German Open 2023, also famous as the bett1open due to sponsorship. It is a prestigious professional tennis contest held in Berlin, Germany. This year’s event is scheduled from 19 June to 25 June 2023 at Rot-Weiss Tennis Club. It marks the 96th edition of this event.
The contest is played on outdoor grass courts, providing the athletes with an exciting and unique playing surface. As part of the WTA 500 category on the 2023 WTA Tour, the German Open attracts a high calibre of players worldwide.
Bett1 Open, Berlin Prize Money 2023
The total prize fund for the Bett1 Open 2023 is $780,637, increasing by 3.0% compared to the previous year. In the 2022 edition, the total fund of $757,900 was split between the athletes.
The Single Berlin Open winner will receive a €104.5k prize share, and the finalist will get a €64.5k share. The single-stage semi-finalist will take €37.5k prize fund.
The Doubles Bett1 Open Champions will fill their bags with a payout of €34.7k. The runner-ups will grab a nice payout of €21,130 from the total fund. The doubles round semi-finalists will get a €12k reward.
