BBL Sponsors & Big Bash League Teams Sponsors List 2022

After the Indian Premier League, the BBL became popular worldwide in Australia since it showcases new, youthful, and skilled athletes. The eight-team league competition has been competed since 2011. The complete list of BBL sponsors for 2022 is listed below. The Australian league includes many sponsorship partners.

Australia Big Bash League for both men and women is sponsored by the corporations and organizations listed below:

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC)

For more than a decade, KFC, which is known across the world for its delectable, crispy finger-licking chicken, has served as the BBL’s official title sponsor.

Nike

In June 2021, it was revealed that the American sportswear behemoth would supply the eight teams in each of the two BBLs (men’s and women’s) with their playing, practice, and fan apparel. Majestic Athletic, a competing American company, was supplanted by Nike in this position.

Weber

The official sponsor of the women’s BBL was revealed to be the manufacturer of barbecue grills in Sept 2021. The WBBL is now called the Weber WBBL, beginning with the 2021 season.

Rebel, an Australian sportswear business with headquarters in Rhodes, New South Wales, which had sponsored the WBBL since the league’s first season, was replaced as the league’s title sponsor by Weber (2015-16).

Rebel, an Australian sporting goods and accessories manufacturer, is the Women’s Big Bash League’s official title sponsor.

47 Brand

The Big Bash League official cap sponsor, 47, is a line of sports and lifestyle caps and hats depicting a variety of sports franchises. America’s Boston serves as the company’s headquarters.

Majestic Athletic

The BBL apparel sponsor is the sportswear and clothing company Majestic Athletic.

Woolworths

The largest network of grocery shops and supermarkets in Australia is called Woolworths. They have a tight relationship with the Big Bash League.

BUPA

BUPA, an insurance company, was the Big Bash league’s authorized insurance sponsor.

Rexona

Rexona is a corporate company of perfume and repellents made in Australia by Unilever.

Commonwealth Bank

Cricket Australia’s first sponsor was Commonwealth Bank, an Australian-based international bank.

Vodafone

The well-known Big Bash League has also been associated with the British telecommunications corporation Vodafone, which was the league’s major sponsor during the previous editions.

BKL  (Balkrishan Industries Ltd)

BKL, an Indian tire manufacturer, is a recent addition to the BBL sponsor network.

Toyota

Toyota, a manufacturer of automobiles in Japan, is connected to the BBL thanks to their five-year cooperation agreement with Cricket Australia.

Weet-Bix

Weet-Bix is a whole-wheat cereal brand that was developed and produced in New Zealand and Australia. It is a corporate sponsor of the BBL.

7PLUS

A sponsorship agreement with Cricket Australia allows the online portal 7plus to broadcast the BBL.

Fox Cricket

The BBL will be aired by Fox Cricket thanks to a partnership agreement between Cricket Australia, the national cricket governing body, and Fox Cricket.

Australia’s BiBL official radio sponsor is Macquarie Sports Radio.

Crocmedia

The Australian National Entertainment channel Crocmedia is the BBL’s radio & television partner.

Dream 11

The Big Bash League and numerous other T20 competitions have ties to Dream 11, a rapidly expanding sports fantasy program that allows fans to win prizes.

Nexba

In January 2022, the Australian company that makes sugar-free drinks was confirmed as the BBL’s official sponsor.

ABC Radio

The Australian Broadcasting Company’s (ABC) broadcasting network has carried Australian cricket for over eighty years. The Weber WBBL is heavily covered by ABC Radio when it comes to the BBLs.

Sports Entertainment Network (SEN)

The Australian-American radio station, with its headquarters in Melbourne, is also a recognized sponsor of Cricket Australia and heavily covers the KFC Big Bash League.
