The Ascendant LPGA is a female golf tournament played in Texas and is part of the LPGA Tour. The tournament is sponsored by the Volunteers of America Classic. So, the event is also known as the Volunteers of America Classic.
The Ascendant LPGA 2023 will play at Old American Golf Club from 5 October to 8 October 2023. Charley Hull won the previous edition. 2023 The Ascendant LPGA prize money has been revealed.
The Ascendant LPGA Prize Money
The Ascendant LPGA 2023 total prize money is $1.8 million, a $100k purse has increased compared to the previous year. Last year, a $1.7 million payout was distributed among the 70 players. This year, the total fund will be split among the 65 golfers.
The winner will receive a $270k prize money from the total purse. The event finalist will get a $169k payout. The semi-finalist will get a $123.1k purse. The 4th-place player will be awarded a $95.2k reward.
