The RBC Canadian Open is a professional golf event hosted by the PGA Tour and Golf Canada. This tournament was played annually from 1904 to till; only World War I & II and Covid years this not held.
The event is led by the world’s top golfers like Justin Rose, Tyrrell Hatton, Rory McIlroy, and many more. In this competition, 156 golfers will compete for the prize fund.
RBC Canadian Open Prize Money
The total 2023 RBC Canadian Open prize money is $9 million. Last year the golfers competed for a total prize fund of $8.7 million. This year’s prize share has been a 3.45% increase compared to the previous year’s fund.
The Canadian Open champion will get a nice amount of $1.62m from the total fund. The runner-up of the contest will get a $981k prize share.
The 3rd place golfer in the table will take a $621k prize share to home. The 4th place grab player will put $441k cash into his pockets. The golfer in the 65th spot will get a $19,350 prize share.
