As a famous event within the European Tour, the Genesis Scottish Open stands proudly as one of Scotland’s premier professional golf tournaments. It holds the esteemed distinction of being one of the five tournaments comprising the renowned Rolex Series.

Genesis Scottish Open 2023 will occur from 13 July to 16 July 2023 at The Renaissance Club. The tournament field will be headed by the world’s best golf players like Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, and Jordan Spieth.

Genesis Scottish Open Prize Money

Genesis Scottish Open 2023 purse has increased by $1 million compared to the previous year. Last year, the $8 million payout was divided, but this year the total $9 million will be split in the event.

The previous year the champion got a $1.44m, and the runner-up got $$872k prize share. But the winner will take a $1.62 million prize share this year. And the event runner-up will take a $981k prize share. The 3rd place player in the event will get a $621k payout.
