New Zealand squad for T20 World Cup 2024 has not been released. Kiwi is one of the unlucky teams who performed always best in big tournaments. But never lifted the title.
New Zealand made a few changes from the last World Cup. Their best Test Fast bowler Kyle Jamieson Todd Astle and wicket-keeper batsman Tim Seifert failed to make their place in the final lineup.
In their replacement, fast bowler Lockie Ferguson, Michael Bracewell, and wicket-keeper batsman Finn Allen are finalized to play the World Cup in their neighbors.
After participating in the upcoming tournament, Kiwi top-order batsman Martin Guptill will also make a world record. He becomes the single player in New Zealand cricket to play most T20 World Cups. Before him, Ross Taylor and Nathan McCullum appeared in 6 t20 Cups.
