In New Delhi, the India Open 2023 is started to start on 17 Jan and runs until 22 Jan. Since 2008, badminton competition has been held in India. A Super 750 competition has been added for the India Open. This competition was established in 1973.
With approval from the Badminton World Federation, the Badminton Association of India (BAI) staged this competition. A super 750 status is one of the six levels that make up the BWF World Tour, for those unfamiliar with the phrase.
The other 5 stages are the World Tour Finals, Super 100, Super 300, Super 500, & Super 1000. The Malaysia Open, which took place earlier this month, was the first competition on the 2023 BWF World Tour. The 2023 Badminton Open is the 2nd tournament held in India.
There will be 64 singles players and 96 doubles teams competing from all around the world. India will send 8 doubles pairs and 7 solo players. The Indian team will attempt to increase their current tally of eight victories.
