David is a good finisher and has proved himself in the last 6 to 8 months’ performances. He played a key role in PSL for Multan Sultans & Mumbai Indians in IPL. He also played in other international leagues and impressed the Australian Board.

George Bailey last day in a conference announced the Squad. He says Swepson extracts from playing XI because Australian Pitches are supportive of batting. So with Tim’s addition, our batting lineup would be long.
Bailey further stated that his extraordinary performance forced us to add him to the Squad. We believe that David will play a crucial role as a hitter in a team as he did in other leagues.
Finch is leading the team also in this World Cup.
