Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) on Wednesday unveiled a 17-person roster for the forthcoming Asia Cup 2022, which will take place in the United Arab Emirates from August 27 to September 11. (UAE).
Along with Qais Ahmad and Nijat Masoud, Samiullah Shinwari has replaced Sharafuddin Ashraf among the 16 players that are a part of the Afghanistan team for the continued Ireland T20I Series. Noor Ahmad, a left-arm wrist-spinner who was substituted for Mujeeb Ur Rahman for the Ireland series, has also moved to the side.
